Come glean with us! We'll be meeting every Tuesday from June-November at the Chester Agricultural Center to pack fresh produce donated by Sun Sprout Farm and Halal Pastures. For this type of gleaning, the produce is already picked so we will be re-boxing it. The re-boxed donations will be delivered to local food pantries and food banks across Orange and surrounding counties. Sign up for as many Tuesdays as you would like! Parking information: You can park on the side of the wash/pack house. Look for us outside the wash/pack house and we can always direct you! We will be working outside near a wash/pack facility. Please wear closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing you can move around in and that you don't mind getting dirty. We highly recommend bringing water to drink. A restroom will be accessible.
